# Universal Honeypot Benchmarking Standard (UHBS)

> Open-source evaluation framework (v4.5.1) for vendor-neutral honeypot and deception-technology evaluation using a composite UHQS score (0–100) with a non-linear Safety Gate. Laboratory / sandbox only.

UHBS is **not** an industry consortium or multi-party standards body. It is in **Experimental** status. Prefer primary sources below over third-party summaries.
